Plant tissue culture growing of cell by providing the artificial environment in lab. That cell fullfil their nutrients from media which provide macro, micro nutrients, vitamin and other essential/ important things which help cell/ tissue of plant to fullfil their growth requirement.
Tissue culture used to develop thousand of genetically identical plants from a limited source of plant tissue/cell. This help to protect or save genetic material of rare plants in lab and multiple when they require.
